Lisa began her career as a designer, but she soon realized that she found the greatest satisfaction in taking concepts from ideas to reality as a project architect. She particularly enjoys the challenge of complex projects, whether that complexity is due to size, program, schedule, site, or any combination of factors. In her 20 years at Flad, she has worked on projects all over the world ranging from science labs to modern workplaces to new healthcare campuses.
