As a project manager, Chris excels at not only building a strong team but creating a true sense of community for everyone involved on a project. With a unique background working at different vantage points in the industry, he has deep technical knowledge and a thoughtful approach to understanding the full team's perspectives to help effectively manage complicated projects. Chris works with some of Flad's largest real estate investment and development partners, and he has the ability to pull many diverse roles together to facilitate collaboration and open communication and ensure everyone at the table is heard.
