Following the Tradeline Space Strategies conference, Flad and Breakthrough Properties will lead a tour of the Torrey Heights research campus. The tour will showcase the multi-tenant facility's three thoughtfully designed, state-of-the-art scientific workplace buildings and amenity building, which total 520,000 square feet of leasable space for biotechnology firms in San Diego.

With its signature coffered façade composed of custom glass fiber reinforced concrete panels, Torrey Heights echoes the natural geologic formations of the surrounding environment. Flexible, daylight-infused interior floor plates maximize energy efficiency and promote occupant wellness with views of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding natural landscape without compromising building performance. Integrating nature and technology to create an inspiring workplace, the design of the campus ensures the building remains in constant dialogue with its surroundings and offers a dynamic visual experience.
