Members of the Flad team joined FMOL Health | St. Francis Medical Group to celebrate the official start of construction on a new internal medicine clinic that will expand primary care access in Monroe, Louisiana. Flad partnered with FMOL Health to design the 7,600-square-foot clinic. Replacing the existing Jackson Street Clinic, the new facility will feature 12 modern exam rooms and offer expanded capacity and improved patient flow.
The new clinic will serve as a dedicated training home for 42 internal medicine residents, strengthening care delivery and helping prepare the next generation of physicians for the community.
Lincoln Builders is the construction manager for the project, which is scheduled to be completed in 2027.
