Long intrigued by what spurs clients' specific aspirations for their new buildings, Richard Martinez strives to find that special ingredient that will result in an aesthetically pleasing and functional facility, and a truly satisfied client. A registered architect in Texas with many years of experience in the Texas market, Richard's career has involved work on numerous academic, science and technology, federal government, and corporate facilities – always with a goal of collaboration with clients, the design team, and the community. As a project director, Richard utilizes his collaboration skills to effectively manage project teams in delivering successful projects, most recently at Texas A&M University.
