Flad Announces Three New Principals, Four New Associate Principals

As part of Flad's ongoing commitment to professional growth and to ensure exceptional leadership in the planning, design, and execution of projects, Flad is pleased to announce several new principals and associate principals across the practice.

Principals

Liam Lowry

Liam Lowry AIA

Working out of Flad's New York office, Liam is a design leader on projects across Flad's industry sectors and across the nation. His most recent work includes a vibrant science and technology complex in San Francisco as well as research buildings and campuses in the Northeast for some of the nation's largest pharmaceutical companies.

Mike Moreland

Mike Moreland LEED AP BD+C

Mike is the director of Flad's Atlanta office and has served as project manager for many academic, corporate science, and government projects in the Southeast, including extensive work with Georgia Tech and the University of Georgia. Most recently, Mike has also led the CDC High Containment Continuity Laboratory in Atlanta, comprised of BSL-3 enhanced and BSL-4 laboratories.

Kimberly Reddin

Kimberly Reddin AIA, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP

As Director of Sustainability, Kimberly leads Flad's firmwide sustainable design efforts, ensuring a commitment to creating environments that support a livable planet for future generations. Her work encompasses both Flad's client projects and internal efforts to drive sustainability within the practice.

Associate Principals

Joe Birdwell

Joe Birdwell AIA, LEED Green Associate

Joe is a project architect with a broad range of experience including architecture, interior architecture, interiors, and construction administration. Most recently he has worked as a project architect on the Sarasota Memorial Hospital-Venice campus and transitioned to a project manager for the facility's bed tower expansion. He is also active in Flad's internal DEI efforts.

Erin Frush

Erin Frush WRID, IIDA, WELL AP

Erin is an interior designer with extensive experience in all phases of interior design on academic, science & technology, and healthcare projects. She is currently engaged in several projects for numerous healthcare organizations. In addition, Erin is active in coordinating Flad's interior design practice nationally across multiple offices and sectors.

Prabhjot Gulati

Prabhjot Gulati RA

Prabhjot is a project architect working in Flad's academic group. He has completed a variety of projects for leading research universities across the Midwest. Prior to his academic work, Prabhjot completed several science & technology projects for Flad's biopharma and national laboratory clients. Most recently, he has worked on the planning and design of a 177,000-square-foot expansion and renovation of the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine.

Ramon Moll

Ramon Moll AIA

As a project architect with a focus on the effective coordination of diverse building systems into organized architectural design statements, Ramon has worked on a variety of healthcare and workplace projects across Florida as well as in Mexico and the Caribbean. He has been instrumental in establishing relationships with many new Flad clients.
