To meet the growing needs of Southern California clients, Flad Architects is pleased to announce an expansion of our leadership team. Executive Director of the San Diego Office Steven Ryder will take on the role of Executive Director of the Southern California Market. In addition, Jeff Dresser joins Flad as the new Director of Flad's San Diego office. Steven and Jeff will work closely to support clients and the important work they are doing in one of the nation's largest life science hubs.

In his expanded role, Steven will continue to build relationships and extend Flad's services to help new clients throughout the region advance their missions. He will build on the success of transformational, award-winning projects such as the UCLA Research Park Master Plan and Breakthrough Properties' Torrey Heights Development.

Jeff brings with him over 26 years of experience in laboratory programming, planning, and design of projects for government, academic, corporate, and institutional clients. He has extensive expertise leading planning efforts across life science, biomedical research, and engineering environments. His experience planning a wide variety of complex lab environments further expands Flad's nationwide depth and breadth of knowledge.
